Nothing beats the experience of live music, in great settings where audiences and band members alike create a unique atmosphere while enjoying music that has served as the backdrop for our history and pop culture. That’s exactly what the St. Charles Concert Band has been doing since 1870 – serving as a cultural anchor for the community and bringing audiences together through music. All of our performances are celebrations, offering audiences a fun and free opportunity to experience the big songs that represent music’s past and future.
So grab a chair, your friends, your dancing shoes, a picnic, – whatever will make it a great time for you – and join us for one of our shows! It’s your evening and your experience! - Spring Concert – The 2022 Spring concert was canceled due to the on going COVID 19 pandemic. We look forward to returning with a Spring concert in 2023.
- Summer Concert Series in Frontier Park – On Thursday evening from June through August, the St. Charles Municipal Band will perform “Down by The Riverside”, on the banks of the Missouri River in Historic St. Charles. Concerts will be back at the Jaycee Stage Pavilion in Frontier Park beginning at 7:30 PM, and are free of charge!
- July 4th Riverfest Celebration – this year, the Saint Charles Municipal Band will be performing in both the Parade and on the Jaycee Stage Pavilion in Frontier Park. Times to follow.
- Holiday Concert – each year, the Municipal Band and the Big Band perform a holiday concert featuring your favorite music of the season, at the Foundry Arts Centre. Stay tuned for details and information on the 2022 show! Click here to see recent Holiday Concert performances.
