No Concert- August 18th

There is no concert on August 18th, due to set up for Festival of the Little Hills, but we WILL be playing for the Festival on Saturday,  from 10:-11:30, so stop by and see us between your purchases.

Concert Cancellation Policy

Please see the following message from Band President, Sister Gail Buckman, and the Board of Directors;

“A Band concert will be cancelled if a forecasted heat index is 100 degrees or above at 6:00 pm.  If this criterion is met, the concert will be cancelled by 2:00 pm that afternoon.  Please check the website if you have any doubt about the concert being held.

The heat index is the temperature in the shade, and although many of us are in the shade, some of the band is not at a certain time of the evening, and our audience certainly isn’t in the shade.
Rain cancellations will be determined as conditions arise.  An early cancellation may occur if there are severe thunderstorm warnings or tornado warnings in the forecast.
The Band always wants you, our audience, to feel safe and comfortable attending our concerts.”

Big (Jazz) Band Concert-Cancelled

Due to the excessive heat warning, the Big (Jazz) Band concert for tonight, June 12th, has been cancelled. We look forward to seeing you in July!
